Hackney, in East London- but I’m happy to travel!
First, get in touch. We’ll arrange a quick Zoom and have a chat. If you feel like we’re a good fit and would like to go ahead, I’ll take a booking fee to secure your wedding date, and then the fun begins. We’ll get to know each other really well as we plan your ceremony. We can meet in person (or online, if you’d prefer), to talk about you and your relationship, and closer to the day we’ll meet again to go through the practical details. I’ll always be available in our WhatsApp group. On the day of your wedding, I hope you’ll feel completely comfortable with me leading your ceremony.
No. At the moment, celebrant-led weddings in England aren’t legally binding (although hopefully things will change soon). Most couples choose to complete the legalities at a local registry office in the days or weeks before their wedding. This is a simple, quick process and costs about £60.
Loads (in my opinion anyway!). You can hold your ceremony anywhere, and it will be completely bespoke- reflecting your personalities and values. Celebrant-led ceremonies are full of humour and creativity, and written with care and attention. You have the freedom to do whatever you want.
Yes! I trained with the brilliant ICPC (shout out to Sam, Cassie and Jac!).
Prices vary depending on the scale of your ceremony, so please get in touch for a quote.
